Every brand you run, on one AI backbone

Agencies: run ten brands on retainer with a tenth of the headcount. In-house teams: own the AI layer your employees already use. Either way, each brand becomes an isolated App-ID with its own memory, wallet, and creative engine — and you keep the keys and the audit trail.

Agencies

Agency economics are a headcount treadmill

Every new brand on retainer costs the same slice of a campaign manager: briefs, creatives, outreach, reporting. Revenue scales with payroll — until agents grounded in each brand's own memory do the hours and humans only review.

In-house teams

Your brand lives in twelve heads and a shared drive

Employees are already pasting your brand into other people's AI tools — off-brand output, untracked spend, nothing revocable. The fix isn't banning AI. It's owning the layer your team uses it through.

The loop every brand runs on

One brand memory, four steps, no fine-tuning.

1

Save the brand kit once

Logo descriptions, colors, tone of voice, banned phrases — saved as tagged documents in that brand's knowledge base.

2

Your team delegates work

Briefs, campaigns, and creatives in the chat console — or longer tasks handed to cloud agents from the desktop app. Every key is scoped and capped by you.

3

Every generation cites the memory

Copy and creatives are grounded in the brand kit with citations — on-brand is a check, not a debate.

4

Results write back as learnings

What performed is saved as campaign learnings in the same knowledge base — the next generation retrieves it. Loop closed, receipts included.

What ships today

Six live mechanics — not adjectives. Each one is verifiable in the product.

One App-ID per brand

Each brand or client gets its own knowledge base, credit wallet, API keys, comms channels, and chat console — ten brands are ten isolated worlds under one plan.

How: Isolation is enforced in SQL: every query is scoped by App-ID, so one brand's voice or learnings can never leak into another's work.

Brand memory with citations

Logo descriptions, colors, typography, tone of voice, banned phrases, and campaign learnings live as brand-kit documents in that brand's knowledge base.

How: Every generation retrieves the kit and cites what it used — 'is this on-brand?' becomes a check, not a debate.

On-brand creatives, metered

Images, video, voiceover, music, and 3D per brand — priced in credits at published rates, grounded in the brand kit.

How: Every credit is debited from that brand's own wallet — clean per-client billing your finance team can read.

The learning loop

Ingest → generate → measure → write back → generate again. Campaign results land back in the brand's KB, so the next generation starts from what worked.

How: Retrieval, not fine-tuning: inspectable, per-brand isolated, deletable. Citations are the receipt.

Client & branded desktop apps

Ship branded Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu/Linux apps — each App-ID is the backend, Electron/Tauri wrappers package installers your client owns.

How: IVX Agency itself ships this way; agents scaffold and iterate the wrapper while cloud workers run the ongoing work.

Delegation that outlives the laptop

Hand research, drafts, monitoring, and reports to cloud agents from the IVX Agency desktop app — get pinged only when something needs a decision.

How: Access is approval-based and revocable; agents can be scoped to a limited set of tools.

The 10x methodology, in the open

One brand's typical week for a campaign manager, task by task. Manual baselines are stated assumptions; the "with Intelliverse" range runs from review-heavy to template-driven workflows.

Every employee gets leverage. You keep the keys.

Owner controls, live today — enforcement by configuration, not trust.

Live

Scoped keys + daily spend caps

Mint a key per employee, tool, or brand — each with its own daily budget, revocable the moment someone leaves. An intern's key physically cannot spend like the owner's.

Live

Guardrails: tier allowlists & budgets

Workspace policies pin keys to cheaper tiers and to daily, weekly, or monthly budgets — cost control as configuration, not trust.

Live

Per-brand isolation & spend attribution

Memory, wallets, and channels never bleed between brands; requests and credits roll up per app, so finance sees exactly which brand consumed what.

Named teammate logins with roles are on the roadmap; orgs that need SSO/SAML today go through the sales-led Enterprise tier.

IVX Agency · desktop app

Delegate the task. Close the laptop.

IVX Agency runs your work on cloud agents around the clock — research, reports, monitoring, drafts — and pings you only when something finishes or needs a decision. The same Electron toolchain packages each brand's App-ID into installers you own.

Priced like software, not like payroll

Free $0 · Air $10 · Pro $30 · Pro Max $100 per month — each with a monthly credit grant. Brands are App-IDs under one plan; media and comms meter in credits at published rates. Multi-seat agency commitments from $500/mo are invoice-led — book a walkthrough.

Questions agencies and brand owners actually ask

Do I need a separate plan for each brand or client?+

No. Brands are App-IDs under one plan (Free $0, Air $10, Pro $30, Pro Max $100 per month). Each App-ID gets its own knowledge base, credit wallet, keys, and comms channels; heavy media use adds credit top-ups at published rates.

How does the platform keep each brand's voice and design intact?+

The Brand Kit convention: tone of voice, banned phrases, colors, typography, and campaign learnings are saved as tagged documents in that brand's knowledge base. Generations retrieve the kit with citations, so output follows the brand's current design — and you can verify it did.

Do my employees each need their own account?+

Not today. The owner account holds the workspace and mints a scoped API key per employee, tool, or brand — each with its own daily spend cap and revocable individually. Named teammate logins with roles are on the roadmap; orgs that need SSO/SAML now go through the sales-led Enterprise tier.

What exactly can I revoke, and how fast?+

API keys can be disabled or deleted from the dashboard immediately — the key stops routing on the next request. Spend caps apply per key, so even before you revoke, a leaked or misused key is bounded by the budget you gave it.

Is the 10x claim guaranteed?+

No — it's the design target, and we show the math. Conservative review-heavy workflows land around 5x output per head; chip/template-driven workflows approach 10x. Work outside these categories (strategy, relationships, negotiation) stays human — that's the point. The ROI calculator puts every assumption on a slider.

Can you help us ship Windows, Mac, and Linux apps for clients?+

Yes — honestly scoped. Each client is an App-ID (the backend: memory, wallet, API, comms). IVX Agency itself ships as Electron builds for all three platforms with auto-update — the same packaging pattern agents scaffold for your clients' branded apps. You own the installers (.msi, .dmg, AppImage/.deb).

Ten brands. One console. The math is upstairs.
