The service
Intelliverse provides an OpenAI-compatible API that routes requests across a pool of AI model providers, plus media generation, per-app knowledge bases, and related dashboard tooling. Model identities may be masked in responses; capability classes, limits, and prices for each plan are published on the pricing page.
Plans, credits, and billing
- Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime — your plan stays active through the period you've paid for, and no further charges follow.
- Monthly credit grants roll over while your subscription is active; purchased top-up credits never expire. Credits are prepaid usage, not stored value — they have no cash value and are non-refundable once spent.
- Metered overage is off by default; if you enable it, it bills at published per-unit prices up to the cap you set.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to generate content that harms others (malware, harassment, CSAM, targeted deception), to violate third-party rights, or to probe or disrupt the platform's infrastructure and guardrails. Upstream model providers' usage policies also apply to requests routed to them. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules; where practical we'll warn first.
Your content
You keep all rights to your prompts, your knowledge-base content, and the outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law and upstream provider terms. We use your content only to operate the service as described in the privacy policy — never for model training without your explicit opt-in.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs can be wrong — verify them before relying on them for anything consequential. Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Published uptime figures are informational; contractual SLAs are available on the Enterprise tier.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: sales@intelli-verse-x.ai.
