Billing & credits FAQ
Do unused credits expire or reset each month?
No. Credits are prepaid value, so they roll over with no cap and never expire — monthly grants and top-ups alike. Each renewal adds your plan's full allotment on top of whatever is left.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades apply immediately. Stripe charges you only the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle, and we credit your wallet the exact face value of that charge the moment it's paid (1 credit per $0.001). Your first full new-tier grant lands at the next renewal.
What happens when I downgrade?
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you already paid for this cycle, so you keep your current tier's access and rate limits until then. No partial refund is issued, and every credit you have stays in your wallet. From the next renewal you're billed the lower price and granted the lower allotment.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation also takes effect at the period end: full access until then, no further charges after. Your wallet balance is retained on the free tier — we never claw credits back — though free-tier gating applies to what you can spend them on.
How does the monthly grant work exactly?
Every time your subscription invoice is paid, your primary app's wallet is granted the plan's full credit allotment — Air 10,000, Pro 30,000, Pro Max 100,000. One grant per billing period, deduplicated even if payment webhooks are delivered twice.
