Intelliverse

Privacy Policy

Intelliverse is operated by Intelli-Verse X. Last updated July 11, 2026.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers, managed through our identity provider (Amazon Cognito).
  • API request data: prompts, outputs, and request metadata (timing, task class, credit cost) needed to serve requests and power your own usage dashboard, billing, and rate limits.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we store subscription status and invoice history.
  • Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store the campaign parameters (UTM values, click IDs) in a first-party cookie so we know which campaign brought you.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and TikTok pixel events on the marketing site, behind Consent Mode — default-deny in regions that require consent.

Your content is not training data

Prompts and outputs are processed to serve your request. They are never used to train models unless you explicitly opt in — the setting defaults to off and is enforced account-wide. Provider allowlists, blocklists, and zero-data-retention routing for supported providers are configurable in your dashboard's privacy settings.

Who we share data with

Requests are routed to the model providers in your tier's pool (the current pool is published on our pricing and tier pages) strictly to generate your response, subject to your privacy settings. Infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services; payments run on Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Request logs are retained to operate billing, abuse prevention, and your own observability views. You can delete your knowledge-base content at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days, minus records we're legally required to keep (e.g. invoices).

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Write to sales@intelli-verse-x.ai and we'll route it to the privacy owner. Enterprise customers can request a DPA and the full subprocessor list — see Enterprise.
